Apollo Offshore currently has two vessels for hire. The Apollo Sun is a 60t bollard pull Anchor Handling Tug. The Apollo Moon is a Special Service Offshore Support Vessel particularly suited to the role of a survey vessel.
Anchor Handling Tug
The Apollo Sun is an Anchor Handling Tug (AHT) that operates during projects in both shallow waters and in deep waters.
The vessel is a powerful, effective and reliable offshore partner.
This AHT, is equipped with 80 tonne winches and 60 tonnes of bollard pull. It is especially suited for ocean going voyages with its large fuel capacity and low fuel consumption.
The Apollo Sun is also fitted with powerful fire fighting equipment, foam tanks and fire cannons. There is also a separate rescue boat and rescue area.
Special Service Offshore Support Vessel
This state of the art survey vessel, Apollo Moon, can perform hydrographic surveys, marine life surveys, geophysical surveys, UXO detection surveys, cable depth-of-burial surveys, benthic habitat surveys, geotechnical investigations (CPT & VC) and subsea (ROV) inspections.
In addition, she can act as a buoy laying vessel, chase vessel or guard vessel and has 30 tonnes of bollard pull.
Apollo Moon is fitted with some survey equipment, however client owned equipment can be installed and all equipment can be operated by the charterer.
